Hi,
Anyone know what the best cheapest bank account for a business would be? I don't need Overdraft, Loans, Cheque. A credit / debit card would be useful.
I think you're fine.
1(a) would be the underfloor coils.
I understand
to mean that it's not a house split into flats with central heating on a timer that they can't use it as they want.
Hi,
I'm wondering what powers do a garda have to search your bag, phone contents, etc. on the street if they stopped you? I got into a discussion about this the other day and I'm not sure what the legal guidelines are these days.
Sticky situation. Just to be aware, are you paying tax on the rental income and have you registered with the PRTB? This news may cause some pain now but much less than in the future.
Hi,
In this government released document in 2009 it states:

Does anyone have any information on this?
Also, in the Working Time Act there is this section:
Does this mean that if you finish on the Friday and the following Monday is a bank holiday is paid for?
Hi,
I have a question about holiday entitlements during a redundancy situation. The company annual year runs January to December.
For a person finishing at the end of October, based on the 19(a) below they would have easily worked the 1365 hours to get the full statuatory holiday entitlement...
My question would be, if the prices in 5 or 10 years are back to where they were when you bought or even 5% will you still wish to escape from paying back 'dead money'? Because with inflation this is what is very very likely to happen IMHO.
Hi,
If a landlord wanted to increase the rent, and the tenant give notice of leaving at that point, can they avoid the increase in rent during this two month period?
I would like to see a stable financial institution that I could trust to be a stable holding for my money and also provide a reasonable rate of return.
I think that the biggest issue by far is the non reclaimable status of homes in Ireland.
