Re: Cheapest Execution Only Discount Brokers Zecco and Interactive Brokers are two that I know of. I don't think etrade lets you open an account with them unless you have a UK bank account.

Do Interactive Brokers allow you to buy ADRs for foreign stocks held on NYSE, etc.
