Sorry to bring this back up but passed a Garda today holding a speed cam. not on a tripod it was held in garda hand .was maybe doing 55 in a 50 zone......Do they have to stop you?

Thanks for the replies..I have incurred losses each year on the rental side...I assume there is no way possible to write these losses off against capital gains....we have no other investment properties

I mentioned here before that I do not have all the receipts for a house I am renting out. However I itemeised all the contents and the total comes to between 10K and 11K ....Is this the norm...?? If I claim 12.5% of this as wear and tear am I in the right ballpark?
