I too was having problems with oncoming traffic. Had an eye test and found I needed glasses for driving. Maybe you should consult an optician RMCF as oncoming lights are not a problem for me anymore.

Thats a great rate of ECB + .95%, so would advise along same lines as Gringo above - dont move if you can. The likes of this tracker rate is a thing of the past. If things get tight perhaps consider arranging a mortgage payment break with your bank- some banks offer up to 6 months. Not sure...

Contact your bank, you are currently paying ECB + 2.40%. Ask if the rate above ECB could be reduced somewhat. The tracker rate you are currently is not that attractive.
