Just searched my cookies again and also used an adobe product to bring up a list of all my cookies and cannot see anything for ryanair or xtvrn (or any other 5 letter string on its own). Is it just xtrvn or is there any kind of suffix etc. Or perhaps there is something in the file to search on?

Thats the feedback i'm getting from her loss assessor. i.e the insurance company appointed loss adjustor has taken on way too much work. But since the claim was initiated on 29th December I thought it would have been resolved by now. All communication has been through her loss assessor.
