    Palletways etc. have the pallet deliveries wrapped up ~€40 anywhere in Ireland for 250kg pallets so that market is suckered. You should try and get some kind of franchise / contract that at least covers your overheads. Maybe line yourself up with some local hardware store or builders providers?
