    Hi, the mortgage remained indeed in both names as it was the only way to retain the tracker, we changed the titles ownership with our solicitors, I have contacted the solicitor firm this was originally stipulated with for assistance but I wanted to inform myself a bit while I wait to see them.

    So UB were correct on july 27th, 8 months. it is AIB who said the closing date was Feb 18th but I think the start of the mortgage was in March 2003.

    Yes 6891 in July lists a credit of 5247 for Feb23 to July23 (it includes the July 1st 2023 payment).

    Thanks, that's all correct, UB in July stated i owed 6891, 8 months, the rate moving from 4.8 to 5.1 just then. So AIB got it wrong? The heldesk said I would be still owing them come February when the mortgage ends if they didn't increase my repayment,
