I would say Fuerteventura , Caleta de Fuste is only 10 mins from airport and a nice quiet resort with some great promenade walks. if you need the name of accommodation PM me as was there twice and stayed in different places.

Would you consider staying in Dublin overnight? this hotel runs a shuttle service to airport and they have breakfast included in price. www.hiexpress.com ---it would take the stress out of your trip.
