    Title Deeds

Yes if the lender agrees to it. The person whose name is not on the title deeds will need to sign additional documents and a solicitor should advise them of the consequences of doing this. E.g. a parent may go on the mortgage with their son/daughter but the title can be registered in...

    Correct bra size

Used to agree with above but their Autograph range is really pretty. Buy your bras from the shop you get measured in as the size will vary depending on the shop and their own range.

    Keep cats out of apartment?

They apparently dislike mothballs? Also citrus smells. Maybe you could spray the area outside your door? Edit: Just read that mothballs are toxic so ignore that one please!

    His Mortgage or Ours?

Have to agree. Otherwise go on the mortgage now as a joint owner. You can have the title transferred into joint names at a later date (subject to the lender allowing it) but a) the legal work will cost more b) why shouldn't you be on title from the beginning when the reason you are not working...

Getting mortgage approval from multiple banks

The lender can see the date of the credit check so the above should be a reasonable assumption if within a reasonable timeframe. Sporadic credit checks would lead the lender to further questions about credit rating.

Any projections can really only be made based on the current interest rate. Your lender can't guarantee the current rate and therefore won't be able to do much more than give projections based on the level of interest you are currently paying. As the interest rate is currently so low, it may be...

Your opinions on Madrid for a short holiday in February?

Thanks for your replies. I intend going to some museums but I was hoping not to spend all my time in them just to avoid bad weather :) As it will be a short visit, are there any other 'must sees' (weather permitting)? Thanks

Your opinions on Madrid for a short holiday in February?

Hi, I'm thinking of going to Madrid for a short holiday in February. I'm not a new visitor to Spain but it will be my first time in Madrid. Not hugely interested in spending all my time in museums. Has anyone been and what would they recommend doing? Where do posters think are the places I...

    changed to tracker rate mortgage

Did they agree to the change to a tracker? If you are on a tracker, your lender shouldn't change it without your consent. However you should check the T&Cs of your offer. You can also contact them to request a copy of the correspondence you mislaid.

Top up mortgage monthly payments - Penalties?

Trackers shouldn't incur a penalty for overpaying. It would be peace of mind to get your questions answered in writing so you have proof of any agreed arrangements. It might be worth sending your query in writing as they will most probably respond in the same way.
