A question states, "write 12.826 correct to 2 decimal places." Should this be written as 12.82 or 12.83 ? The second answer rounds up because of the number 6, though the question does not state to "round up/down" just to "write correct". So I was just wondering... Thanks :)

Windows Vista Home Premium has Media Centre which regular XP doesn't have (there is a special XP edition with it); any thoughts on whether it might be worth having Vista Home Premium, instead of XP Home in order to get Media Centre? How often do Dell run these low price offers, are they likely to have another deal at these prices next month? They still have the D07C12 but it's now a lot higher in price compared to yesterday, when including the 19" widescreen monitor.

Although the ethernet cable could be quite long, is it true that the USB cable could only be a maximum of 5 metres otherwise the signal could become affected if much longer?
