Recommend a Solicitor for quickly closing out a remortgage? (south Dublin)

We sent in drawdown request 8 days ago, still waiting.. BOI keep finding administrative errors in forms that have already been through multiple review processes. It's feels they are doing their best to delay the drawdown. We are practically 3 months in the process now between application and...

Recommend a Solicitor for quickly closing out a remortgage? (south Dublin)

I'm currently using https://corcoransolicitors.com/ for a house purchase and they have been very efficient, happy to recommend. We are also with BOI for a mortgage and they have been anything BUT efficient so good luck getting to draw down in 4 weeks with them!

Is a blow-dry mandatory in hairdressers?

I regularly get my colour done without a blowdry in my local salon (Jazz Sandymount). It means I can get the colour done on a day when I'm not going out & save the blowdry for a day when I am. I used to go to Aidan Fitzgerald and it was them that advised me I didn't have to get the blowdry. They...

Home Claim for water damaged solid floor advice

I suggest you engage a loss adjustor to argue the case on your behalf. The loss assessor acts in the interest of the insurance company. I recently used [broken link removed] and found them very good ( got the recommendation from another thread on this site).

South America, best way to bring money

Another tip is to have a backup card & store it separately. I had two credit cards which were both skimmed so had to be cancelled in the first 2 weeks of the trip. My Irish bank was fantastic & phoned/texted myself & my parents to try to get in touch & I was able to validate which transactions...

    Block insurance excess

I came up against this issue recently - had a leak from the apartment upstairs & was told the excess I would have to pay was 750 EUR. I couldn't believe it as I was a completely innocent party. Through these forums I contacted a previous poster who'd had a similar issue & they referred me to...

where to get a cheap flight from egypt?

We stay at yotel.com, it's in the airport, costs 80 GBP for a double & minimises hassle leaving & returning to the airport. Just remember to bring earplugs as there are a log of comings & goings at all hours, but other than that it's a very impressive place.

Can anyone recommend a reliable and fair property rental company in Sofia please.

Re: Sofia / Rental agents I've been using www.forosbg.com for 3 years now & have no complaints. I found it hard to find agents in the first place so couldn't do a lot of price comparison. Would be interested to hear who you end up going with.

Income Protection, Serious Illness or both?

I was led to believe the PHI premiums are not a valid expense against profits & the employee would have to pay tax on any premiums paid by the company. Can anyone clarify this?
