I am in receipt of invalidity pension for a chronic illness. I am on it about six years now. Recently I changed address and I informed the dept in writing. I am wondering would a change in circumstances trigger a review of my claim, I would hate to have to go through that right now.

I have had to fill out some different application forms lately and all require utility bills which must be "dated within last three months". Does "dated within last three months" prove residency?

That's true sandals but when my child started the pre school year the staff got me to fill out the whole form again but without the pps no as they weren't allowed hold any documents with it on it.
