how do you prove a loss caused by the tracker? I'm just starting down the appeals process and I'm a bit concerned about things like this.

Not looking great for EBS VBR cohort. Latest from PK is EBS resistant to inclusion, the CB investigation is concluded and it will now be on a case by case basis.

Rang EBS too. Same letter I got. Only they said the Legal Fee is set at a minimum of €675 and is a % of the overpayment/compensation so could be higher. Could tell me nothing else.

haveaniceday you raise a very interesting point regarding data provision. Would you consider ringing the Data Commissioner? I suspect this will be much the same for everyone so it would be interesting to see what the reaction would be if a few of us call in.
