We are in the same position got a few letters saying the same and again Brendan thanks for getting us this far.

Hi Brendan, That was our first appeal, they extended our deadline until end of July so only sent it in recently.

Does the rejection letter then come from AIB?

Hi Brendan, We had not seen this thread again until recently. Originally i thought it was suggested we go collectively as a group through Padraic Kissane, is that not the case now? Sorry i obviously missed some correspondence at some stage. Thanks so much

Oh just read the P.S. above. Oops we missed the boat! What can we do instead? If you are taking no more people on board, Are you able to tell me who the Solicitor is dealing with this group? Or are we better just waiting to see outcome? Thanks

Hi, May i ask how this legal action is going? Has much happened recently? What do you think will be the most likely outcome from the legal advice you have to date? And Is the group still open to others joining this legal action?
