Vulture selling house via bidx1 - no title deeds/no independent waste pipe

    1. What is legal the situation where there are no title deeds (only a copy). 2. Issues around the sewage pipe - the house for sale relies on the adjacent house for their waste to go out to the main sewerage system - it's the one waste pipe.... in the past blockages were an issue due to...

    House sale via bidx1

We have reviewed the legal pack, survey and planning wise we are fine with, it's the twin of our house. It's regarding the title in the event of any dispute down the line, as the builder was negotiating a deal to get it back and that fell through. Yes, solicitor probably covering themselves...

    House sale via bidx1

We made several offers over the last few years to buy the adjacent house; the offers were via the receiver. The property is a former Ulsterbank Mortgaged property. (Subsequently in hands of a vulture fund). The original owner (the builder) was doing up the house last year and certain of a deal...

My salary bounced back from bunq, only after I enquired work informed me. I then supplied an Irish bunq administration address (I guess). Friend refusing to repay loan

I'll summarise the comments and share with my relation. A repayment plan was suggested, and the equipment bought with the money could be sold by the borrower, still foolish to have loaned money imho (streetwise but soft on this occasion)...it was to fund a teen's progression in a competitive sport!

    Friend refusing to repay loan

Fair points. I'm surprised they gave a loan. I'd say they will go legal on it regardless.

    Friend refusing to repay loan

A relative loaned 5K to a friend in Jan 2021. In 2021, 1k was repaid. There remains 4K owing and now the 'friend' is claiming the loan was only 2k to begin with. No agreement was drawn up. There is leverage perhaps in that the person getting the loan has been working and signing on and their...
