    We received same letter today from AIB. Our Complaint remains on hold with the FSPO as requested by AIB. We will wait till next letter and cheque received from AIB but we Are seeking advise re either going back to FSPO or to the courts.

    Agree with Majabu and Adobe1 here, we will wait to see what AIB and the FSPO say exactly especially in relation to the tracker. That remains a major sticking point for us also and we may also have to look to the courts.
