Hi all, just to update- we've just received our 4th letter from BDO since sending in our last correspondence in early July. It's still receiving attention, hope to have an answer soon etc etc

Similar to Yve111 above- appealed in March, received response on Friday stating 10 days to respond. Updated letter arrived on Monday saying we had till May 31 to submit response and that Tracker Panel should issue decision within 16 - 18 weeks.

I absolutely second this. We would have been completely flummoxed by correspondence so far and would definitely have given up. Many many thanks Brendan

Disregard! The response arrived in the post just now- I assume it's pretty much the same as others received. Will get going on our reply. Thanks for your help so far.

Just to clarify- we did also use the pro forma appeal, amended slightly to detail notes from a meeting with AIB in 2010. At this point we paid to break our fixed rate and sought to go on a tracker, which was obviously denied. I suppose I was wondering if this detail might be delaying their...
