Cheques have arrived today thankfully!

Saw that @newinvest but I'm going to try to remain hopeful for tomorrow as they were able to confirm to me last Fri that mine was one of the Tuesday mess-up batch!

Nothing here either but my understanding from speaking to them Fri was that post was only with An Post then for distribution so I half expected to be disappointed anyways today. Hopefully tomorrow they will arrive.

Not sure, maybe best to ring them again and ask that they confirm if yours is gone out today.

100% true they were issued to another distribution centre in error Wednesday. Only with An Post now today so they are now saying they should be out with us next week.

Did you receive yet @newinvest? I was advised ours has been posted Tuesday but nothing yet.

I was told today when I rang for an update that ours was posted yesterday! Last week I was advised there were delays and they would be going out Tuesday so guess that's consistent.

Same! I was told this am that they will be issued next week. Yet, I was told Fri 28th August it would be within 10 working days!

Still waiting, I rang this am and was advised it was received 28th August so should be back by Fri (10 working days max turnaround).

I was told exact same, then cheque in joint names arrived. We had to send back with instructions to split equally as we don't have a joint account anymore.

You both have to sign and date letter. Also, include instruction as to how you want it split in your letter.

@October2019 thanks a million for your help. I really appreciate it. Given the higher simple interest calculation they did and because person on helpline seemed to think calculations were up to 31st December 2019, I'll have to find out what they used for period from redemption to end December.

@October2019 I'm not sure about my calculations either .. capital reduction €21,657.98 (balance coming off fixed rate was €180,483.28). Interest refund was €7,519.91. Rates as follows: Came off fixed rate on 20th July 2009. Fixed for 2 years from 22nd March 2010 @ 2.80%. Fixed for 3 years...

Rang for figures as letter not here yet. This is what they advised: €21,657.99 capital reduction €7,519.91 interest Interest calculation is from end of fixed rate up to a/c closed (December 2019). Based on static balance of 12% capital reduction and calculated monthly with benefit of best...

Nothing here either, maybe they've changed tack and intend issuing them all together?!

@Summercruising it's very frustrating not knowing and not being able to get any definitive answer but at least the wait is now only 2 weeks max away! It seems unfair that it wouldn't be to current date given its same property, same lender but guess we'll have to wait and see for sure.

@Summercruising I've no idea really and nobody on the helpline could advise so to avoid disappointment, I'm going with up to April 2019. But will be delighted if I'm wrong and it turns out to be up to current date!

Just spoke again with Tracker redress helpline as still no letter or redress. They advised that letters will begin to issue to all affected customers in batches from Monday next and over following week also to complete process.
