    This week is tough going, waiting patiently on the postman, account adjustment on the 21st, no chq as yet. Just wondering if other people had to wait longer than the week?

    Great Joanne, I'm the same as you, delighted here, I'm a Feb 2017 letter, account adjustment this morning.. rang helpline to explain, joke, they can't even do that, all will be explained in the letter and cheque before the end of June I was told... So my question too is it the debit or credit...

Also just rang helpline, nothing new, asked for figure out, told approximately 1700, asked are they committing to 2500 for this month and reported that was their Target, so let's see if...
