Hi Just to update,in feb i have received 2 years redress up to date property was rented. Pk is now appealing from dec 2010 and to try and get tracker back. Redress for 2 year period was 13k.

I received redress for 3 month period when refused tracker then moved lenders. It was a ppr for the next two years then rented out. I was offered compensation for period it was a private residence but refused tracker back. Pk was has been looking after my appeal since last july and this answer...

It took about 2/3 weeks to get appeal pack but everything else took multiple phonecalls and many weeks so ring them

I basically sent mortgage statements from current bank, valuation at time of move, any copies of ulster bank communication. I didnt send any current acc statements as claiming appeal on grounds if moving because tracker was not given back. Not my private principle residence now.

Did anyone who received redress appeal and if so how long did it take? Thanks in advance

Hi I received appeal pack. The case for which I moved was because of not been allowed to go on tracker and as I was on my own at the time every half of a percent made a huge difference
