I got a non-impacted letter so now off to the FPSO

Hi Everyone, I too had the wording about " subject of the tracker mortgage " and no mention on the documents that I have that after my fixed rate elapsed it would default to a variable rate. I received a letter this morning saying I'm not impacted and the wording on the document is a typo ...

I called UB complaints team and was told still no update but expect it to go on till at least April 2019. I've logged a complaint with Ombudsman but no idea when this will end. Would be more patient if I was even told that I were impacted or not. very frustrating

I received another 60 day letter today. Anyone got any tips/experience to try and get this moving quicker?

Thanks @Lizzie007. Ive only complaimed since February this year and on the 60 day letters ( probably get another next week ). Just very frustrating they can't even tell me I'm impacted as even that would be some sort of relief.

Hi, I challenged this last month and looks like I've been moved to this tracker investigation but was not told anything else apart from someone will be in touch.. For those that have been redressed where you moved back to the tracker rate ? If so what is UB tracker rate they are giving ?
