Hi, I sent my appeal pack back over 12 days ago, No BDO acknowledgement, did other people receive any acknowledgement?

I got my reply from AIB on Friday, I will be sending back the response tomorrow

If a customer does not appeal in the one year rule, will this rule the customer out of been compensated if a decision is made against AIB?
