Hi Aisling, Just wondering what steps/stages you had to go through with KBC from getting your impacted letter to getting tracker rate restored to receiving your compensation/redress? Was there much if any written correspondence? Thanks MC.

It is very unfortunate, If you received a letter saying that you were in the review, you could understand but it said deemed impacted ...I find it a contradiction from them that your account has not been fully reviewed but yet you’re now not impacted ?

Just an update, over the phone I was told my account has been updated ... new payment amount for March 1st. Rate 1.25% plus ECB rate. Still awaiting written confirmation to fully allow myself to believe it but accounts seem to be updating daily.

That’s great Clara, I too called for an update last week but they hadn’t any further information other than to wait for letter in ! Great to have your rate verified!

I couldn’t resist ...called also .... rate to be changed for March ! Couldn’t tell me what rate but also said I would get a letter with information.

Keep up the good fight and seek independent advice ! I’ll let you know how things progress here. Best of luck and hopefully Tuesday might shed more light .

DamC82 Did the rate you you fixed at, change from say the initial application to when you drew down ? There’s a part in contact that you must be notified of these changes... as for the tracker and the rate, I don’t know myself, it’s just a waiting game. I don’t know of any of the “650” that...
