No & little communication since April. Based on that I would presume the could be running 3 months behind. I would expect confirmation letter soon re Oral Hearing date but I don’t expect hearing till September .

I have been granted oral hearing for appeal but No date set for it due to current restrictions.

I was advised today that Oral hearings have been suspended with BDO for at least 2 weeks. Understandable in the circumstances.

Received 3rd letter to day . They are looking for more specific information on 1 item which is more relevant to my situation rather than a general request for information. The panel says they have had there initial meeting to review my appeal. They have advised once they receive this information...

just A 2nd correspondence with more questions. Replied with answers but I queried there questioning as it has no relevance to the period in question. It felt as if they had not read my file . Probably have to wait another 2 months for a response.

Me too wait is over. Substantial redress and conciderable amount off mortgage as well. Haven’t studied what break down is yet. A huge thanks to those that started this off and all that gave advise. Hoping all those still waiting will get a positive outcome.

I phoned the tracker helpline number this evening. They confirmed amount to be taken off morgtage And New monthly instalment in total a reduction of 632 p/m. They advised that they would e mail those involved doing the compensation and see if they could get me a figure. Sure enough 30 minutes...

Nope. I did phone yesterday for an update but there was no update other than it would be resolved by end June.

KBC updated letter just received . Dated 29th March. KBC have advised that since implementing Tracker Rate for March they are continuing to review accounts and will revert by end of June. The wait continues.

No sight of any redress or compensation but did get an arrears letter even though confirmed Tracker Rate in place and paid uptodate. When I phoned And and asked for explanation was told they had not been able to amend their system in advance of new instalment. This is 2nd letter in a month and...

Yes I did. Dated 5th January . Inscope And impacted. I always had tracker 1.1% above ECB as per loan offer from 2006 but I fixed in May 2008 and when I came off it in May 2010 it was gone.

I too phoned today and they confirmed a drop of over 470.00 Per month new rate to apply 1.1% per month starting 1st March. They did say still working on redress and no update. They also said depending on result of redress monthly repayment may drop further but will not go up. Stunned to say the...

I too phoned KBC for my own Sanity re letter of the 5th Jan. Rate restoration for March instalment. They did say could take 2 weeks before letters are sent in relation to this . They could not give any further information. Over the moon. Tks to all who fought the battle but the war will continue.
