It's still on going waiting on a reply now on the 30th July from the bank.

The bank have said the appeals panel had no business looking at my staff side of the mortgage as they had deemed it not impacted. So its still going back and forth. As I have said previously this was on tracker from the drawdown, no top ups or remortgages. Only staff scheme was ever applied to...

However I now pay foreign exchange and 14 per month on my ufirst gold account. I clearly did not get to hold what i had only on what benefited the banks bottom line. I was stripped of everything bar my staff mortgage when I took redundancy in 2009.

Been there done that responded and received letter back last week. Bank has 20 days to respond...keep fighting it is an utter disgrace...nowhere else would you get it. Just wondering if anyone else was given a terms of business or rules of staff mortgage by post at the time? And if joint...

I'm afraid the battle continues. We seem to be dancing around the mulberry bush. I have initiated a few other avenues this week but I'm sure eyes are on this thread so won't go into that as yet but all guns blazing! We will keep fighting...

I know we are gutted wont even give an indication! Torture ridiculous as we have to clear security questions before we even talk. This is a response been waiting for from bank with regard to questions from bdo why bank refuse to acknowledge the staff sub account.

So today we got word. Bank has responded adter waiting for response since 25th April however we have to wait to get it in writing. Monday or Tuesday we will receive its going to be a long weekend!

Oh do please keep us informed. Told today I may have response from bank tomorrow. I am not hopeful it will be anything other than dodging the facts on the banks part. Here's hoping that some shred of decency still exists within the realm of UB.

Ok so just an update no real news yet except to say that I've been told I will have a response from the bank tomorrow 10 further days of a 20 day response timeline (no suprise there). Also I took peoples advice and decided what harm would it be to email Michael McGrath so I have done that...
