Surprised at the absence of any media coverage or discussion of Appeal on this Forum. Apparently around 5,000 customers affected by outcome of this Appeal?

I note in previous coverage that Justice Bolger was to review and clarify appeal route/process at another hearing later in July?. Has this happened?

I see UB appeal case listed for High Court tomorrow. Wonder if any affected UB customers like I have any confirmation?

Important I think that customers like us still awaiting a decision inform Oireachtas Finance Committee so they are aware of extent of unresolved cases. Realistically it's a waste of time contacting UB as they have totally ignored us. All Banks will be before Committee in coming weeks and they...

Central Bank Governor to attend Finance Committee on Thursday 9.30. Room2 Should be opportunity for Committee to get insight into innordinate delay in completion and failure of CB to issue any further update since early this year.

Just contacted CB again today . Confirmed that no further interim report will issue. They don't know if Examination will conclude this year. This whole process had always been shrouded in secrecy to the detriment of customer's. Now it's really bizarre for customers such as I waiting almost 3...
