Hi received letter today from BOI , basically saying big job gong through all these accounts ( God help them , not ) , but stating won't have done by 2017 Did they have to have compo letters out by end 2017 ??? Also , no name on letter and to top it all , they still have Richie Bouchers name...

Hi Duffer I copied contract and said I had taken advice and due tracker . It really shows how badly this whole thing has been handled when others are still waiting . I really hope you get sorted with everyone else .

Hi EBSL' I really don't understand why we got the tracker back . ICS bank was being sold so not sure if that had anything to do with it ???? Still waiting on follow on letter from BOI though . Probably Jan 2018 What are EBS saying ?

What does it say in your contract . I was with ICS and got tracker and 5 years interest back in 2014 after fixed ended . I did write and in fairness they were pretty cool about the whole situation . I am expecting letter with compo outline . CHECK YOUR WORDING IN YOUR CONTRACT ...... TRACKER...

Hi . Basically , if you had tracker and moved off it that's fine . If your original contract states that you can have tracker for life of loan , the bank should have sent this as an option when rechoosing. We had this , but it was not offered to us as option when fixed rate over . When enquired...

Hi Folks I tried the not so helpful line again yesterday in BOI . Spoke to a different person this time . No update ..... Couldn't tell me if I was included ..... If I have not received a letter in 5/6 weeks .... call back and make a complaint about a letter I don't know if I should have got...

Hi Guys Am with BOI . I am one of the lucky ones I suppose . Got my tracker back in 2014 and a cheque . I did move off tracker in 2008 to a fixed , but the issue was that BOI didn't offer me the tracker back on documents ... Only fixed and variable . I am waiting for update on compensation ...
