I get the same all the time deenie, they have it well rehearsed..they are gonna be very busy in the next 4 weeks because it seems none of the last thousand has been redressed yet.. sixteen months I am waiting to hear from them since I found out I have been impacted!!!

I've heard nothing here too mortub.. seems to me no accounts has been redressed since very early April.

Has anybody got redress letters? no sign of the last 1000 and only 6 weeks to go till end of June.

I was told no later than end of june.

How they are getting away with it I don't know, 14 months to put things right and still waiting with no communication on therebside is a disgrace.. 3 kids on my own I can't deal with the stress anymore and trying to switch off from it all is very hard!

I'd say Joanne because you were on interest only for 4 years and you didn't pay the overcharge for those years...I could be wrong though.. it's all so confusing!

My financial adviser sent me an email today, another 60 day holding letter after complaint..

I rang this morning and she said she sees nothing on her system and nothing she can tell me has changed .. waste of time as usual...

Hi Joanne I'm sure your monthly mortgage repayments will also go down too as they are taking a large amount of your mortgage..

Congrats Joanne it's finally nearly over for you.. yeah it's the debit that should be for refund, that's what I have seen from here .. roll on your cheque now and make it real..

I'm waiting 13 months too.. don't know how they are getting away with it to be honest.. all of the other Banks have redressed and compensated the customers!

I'm finding this month harder than before...it's not much to ask from them to know if we are in this quarter or june..
