Filing form 11 on ros

when I come to file and submit a form 11 on ros it asks for a password for your digital cert. I cant recall what the password is. There is a prepopulated password on entering the ros system - but I don’t know what that one is either .........anyone have any pointers...thanks a mill

It’s the same password to enter the system as it is to submit

Thanks - how do ros send the password - just trying to find it - is it by hard copy or text?
If I can’t find it do I have to reset it

Chances are when you registered you changed the password to one of your own choice anyway, I know I did. Don't know how you go about getting back in to reset it now though.

I had to call the ROS technical helpline about this and they were great - I had the right password but the wrong combination of upper and lower cases, they were able to help me figure it out over the phone without having to get a new password issued - & without compromising security! They are open later in this evening at this time of year to help with the rush before the deadline. I don’t have the number to hand but got it from the ros.ie website
