There's the Carlton Hotel beside the airport and the Quickpark is right beside that hotel. No idea what the hotel is like or prices, I presume they vary depending on the day you are there.
All the long term car parks have a regular shuttle service to and from the airport.

The Quick Park will cost you €39 for 7 days, the Clayton have packages for 1 night accommodation and parking for various durations that include shuttle bus to/from airport. I'm guessing that's what you're after Daddy (hmmm, that sounds wrong in my head 
)
It looks like the the Clayton packages for up to 8 days parking adds €30 to the room rate. I think you're best off looking up the aggregator sites and checking for deals for your dates.

The likes of booking.com, hotels.com, kayak,com, tripadvisor.ie......etc....
Search facility not great on this phone so if you have a search yourself on Google for AAM previous threads on this subject you may find something useful. I have a vague recollection that Red Cow hotel do deals for room, parking etc.
The Dublin Coach service from Red Cow luas depot is handy at 5 euro that is if the hotel dont do a shuttle.
