Landlord insurance recommendations?

The landlord insurance premium for my rental property has jumped by over 50% in recent years (€450 for 2017 renewal vs <€300 as recently as 2015) despite a 6 year history with no claims.

Any recommendations on a provider of good cover at a more reasonable price?

Property is a 3 bed terraced house in Kilkenny city

In saying that I don't know what they are like if it came to a claim as I have never had one,

I got landlord insurance for just less than €300 for a three bed terraced, just outside Galway city, with QuoteDevil.ie

In our experience house and landlord insurance has decreased not increased in recent years. Make sure to shop around.
