Hi ,wondering if anyone can help, If you are on jobseekers benefit (graduated)are you automatically entitled to illness benefit? I ask because I was on illness benefit for 2 years Til dec 2016 when it ended. I now get JSB(at lower rate-86euro)due to the nature of my illness it's hard to know how long I'll feel well( currently looking for full time work)but IF I were to be ill again can I reapply for illness benefit? I have 52 credited contributions-2015...39 paid-2013 and 48 paid in 2014. Citizens advice weren't sure wether I'd have to have 13 paid since my last claim... Reading welfare.ie it's not very clear as I seem to be eligible re contributions?
