Architect recommendations

Hi

Looking from some architect recommendations for North Dublin. We are looking to do a small extensions to our home probably just one room...c 50K budget

Sorry I don't have a recommendation but if its only one room, presumably within permitted planning, and a small budget, do you really need an architect?

The Tradesmen.ie blog has some outline figures that might help.

If the €50k budget is all in, then you are likely limited to a small straightforward extension and in such cases an architect may not be able to add significant value.
