I recently watched a Channel 4 programme where property expert Sarah Beeny and her husband built their home in Somerset, UK using ICF blocks, The construction was fast as the blocks are so light and they seemed to hold well when the concrete was poured into the centre. Their house was huge in classical style and they faced it with beautiful stone. ICF blocks are made of lightweight polystyrene and are hollow in the middle and concrete is then poured into the hollow.
