I am interested in this non labour intensive construction method and would like feedback from anybody that has used it in Ireland.
ICF blocks are made of lightweight polystyrene and are hollow in the middle and concrete is then poured into the hollow.

I recently watched a Channel 4 programme where property expert Sarah Beeny and her husband built their home in Somerset, UK using ICF blocks, The construction was fast as the blocks are so light and they seemed to hold well when the concrete was poured into the centre. Their house was huge in classical style and they faced it with beautiful stone. You may be able to find more information here https://www.homebuilding.co.uk/news/sarah-beenys-house

Hopefully you will get some feedback from Irish people who have used ICF.

Very anxious to receive feedback on this construction method without traditional cement blocks.
