AIB AIB's tracker withdrawal notice post dated

Hi Guys
I'm probably in the wrong forum and I wanted to share this ages ago.
I came across the attached on the internet which is a statement from AIB back in 2008 announcing withdrawal of tracker rate for new business.

When I clicked within the file properties, it notes that the file was created and modified in 2014 (not 2008) ....

This may help an argument with tracker being removed ?

Very interesting.

This press release is a negative for them, so I am not sure why they would have replaced an earlier one, unless it was even more negative. I suspect that it's technical. For example a new system introduced in 2014 redating things?

Hi Brendan - on linkedin it notes Brian Curtain started with AIB in 2012.
So the question remains, why would Brian create or even change something and post it with a predate of 2008...??
surely if you amend any document, one would amend the date too....?

Would be great to see what PR / techies at AIB says about this...??!

Looks like the timeframe they moved to new website. Prior to that press releases weren't shown as documents.
