R u happy it is correct? Can you tell us when u got ur tracker back etc and if they paid 10% comp.
Still waiting here so all bits of info help the sanity!

Me too nothing yet my end :(....i have access to mortgage account on internet banking and nothing looks any different.

No, we definitely will be appealing for the years 2008-2011. We came off a 2 year fixed rate in July 2008 and were not offered back our tracker but went on another fixed rate for those 3 years. Our redress letter today starts from Sept 2011. We got our first letter in January 2017 about being impacted and were given back our tracker rate on February 1st. Compensation is 12%.

Thanks timeforaction for replying. Am going grey waiting for mine. Delighted u got something at least even though they couldn't get it right.

Ulster Bank still offered tracker rates up until Sept 2008 and that could be the reason why you’re not deemed eligible. Do you have a copy of the letter you received when your fixed rate expired?

If I remember right, there was no offer of a tracker for us when coming off our first fixed rate in July 2008 but will double check all the paperwork in the coming days.
So relieved to finally have some communication from them. Some good news was badly needed. Really hope you all start to receive your letters very soon. Everyone has waited long enough.

@Timeforaction Where you on a Tracker before you fixed in 2006?

By the way. You’re not able to view full mortgage statements or transactions online. Those of us who do have access can see our mortgage balance and the last 4 transactions. There’s no option to print, view more, or transfer directly to the account. If you need to see a copy statement you should ring the mortgage centre and request it.

Has everyone who can see a balance adjustment on their online mortgage account received their redress letter yet?
My mortgage balance was adjusted last Friday and I was told by the helpline today that it could be another week before i receive my letter.

I'd like to add a kind of opposite question also: does the mortgage adjustment come first always, then the letter?

Spoke to help line also this morning...was told 600 letters gone out also and that my mortgage would be adjusted first than I'd get a letter. No adjustments on internet banking yet...

Last year my mortgage interest rate was adjusted about a week before I received the letter. Can't say for sure how it's work with redress but I know for certain that my interest rate was adjusted in advance of the letter. I found out when I called them a day or two before we got written confirmation.
