Zanussi washing machine leaking water

Hi

I'm having a problem with my 5 year old Zanussi washing machine. I did a wash in it & when i went to turn it off there was water on the ground and the door wouldnt open. I removed the pump at the front bottom of the machine and cleaned. When I put it back in I tried the machine again but it keeps leaking water from the pump and won't wash the clothes. Is this something I can fix myself?

Probably not! I suggest you get a professional in to check it.

Zanussi has a 5 year parts warranty which I have used myself and is very useful. You only pay for the labour which usually is €70 but can be a Max of €120 or something like that. It may save you buying a new machine..
