Wrong Title on electronic airline ticket

I have booked a flight to Canada and the second name on the electronic ticket reads as Mr not Mrs. I have contacted the company I booked with and they have assured me that the airline have changed this but I still cannot print off the electronic ticket with the correct name. Will this present any hassle for me at the airports (I have to get a connecting flight from Newark to Toronto and also have to get a connecting flight back home). I have taken a copy of the email from Travelpack with me to verify that they have been in contact with the airline Continental Airlines. If anyone has had this problem can they advise me.
