Woodville Avenue, Lucan

Hi guys

Looking at putting in a bid for a property that is for sale on Woodville Avenue, Lucan. Anybody have any thoughts on the properties here or on the area itself. There was a bit of flooding on Esker Lane & on Woodville Avenue itself last October, if anybody has any comment on this, I would appreciate it also.

As far as I'm aware some of the road flooded in Woodville flooded last year but none of the houses.
Woodville is a nice estate, it is in St Mary's parish and is on the right side of the N4 so it's not too far from the village.
I recently seen a house on for sale there at 225K and I know they were reaching over 500K in the boom.
