Woodside Estate Bettystown

Does anyone know about a social housing estate being built in Bettystown near Woodside? Or any news about the Bettystown area in general would be really helpful.Transport, commuting to Dublin, social activities, amienties etc

I havent heard of Woodside Estate but can say that Bettystown is a great place to live. I have been living here for 3 years now and have no complaints. Close to shops, hotels/bars, 2 gyms and of course the beach are main advantages.

I dont commute by public transport, I drive on the M1 everyday. It is very easy. There is a train station quite close in Laytown, I think it can be a bit pricey though as the Dublin Area stops at Balbriggan.

All in all though, i would recommend living here.
