whilst we are bidding o aprop in coolmine we have come across a property in a similiar price bracket in Willow Wood in clonsilla. Anyone have any opinions on this area, is it safe, how old are the houses etc...
any comments would be great

I don't know this particular estate, but if you have already put in a bid on a house in Coolmine, I'd stick with that. IMO you are one train stop closer to town, closer to the M50 and closer to other amenties such as schools & supermarkets etc. I live in Clonsilla at the moment but will be moving closer to town in the spring / summer hopefully up into the Luttrelstown area.
