Will PTSB allow me transfer my tracker to a new mortgage?

Bit of a crystal ball question , but what do people think the chances of PTSB offering the same product are ?

I currently have my home up for sale and hoping to move to a bigger similar priced property than my existing one .

My mortgage is approx €40k below the expected selling/purchase price and I'm on a tracker (ecb+.8%) so this new product (if became available by Ptsb) would be absolutely ideal to my current circumstances .

So what's the chances do you think ?

I transferred this from the Ulster Bank thread.

I think it's very unlikely any other bank will follow suit.

I think that there are enough people like you who will pay off their tracker early because they can move.

Having said that, it's another reason for being slow to move. Wait a while just in case PTSB does follow suit.
