Does anyone know who to contact to get clarity on some of the meaning of the code of conduct on mortgage arrears. The Central Bank, The Financial Regulatore, Ombudsman?

It is published and enforced by the Central Bank, so they would be the best people to talk to. I think that they have a Codes section or just call their information line.
