Who do I get to mark out a site and how much should it cost?

We plan to build a house in mayo. At the moment the site is completed open i.e. there are no ditches/fencing between our site and neighbour's site. We have the land registry maps. Who should we get to complete this job and is it costly?

This very topic has been discussed here in the last few days here.

This job is generally done by an engineer. I think they charge in the order of €200 - €300.
