Which Website for Shortterm Lets

Which website does most landlords use for shortterm lets. Ie. The summer months in Dublin - Thanks.

As the most of the daft websites require 12 month leases etc.

silver 2. . currently on a short term let, three months and you are wasting your time with letting agents. they don't want to know. am currently in a house which had three letting agents two of which we contacted, we found the owner and he was happy to take the money. short term lets are hard to get alot of ground work

The reason agencies dont do short term is because the Landlord instructs them to get 12 month let. That's because the LL has to pay a months rent for their services. No point in paying a letting agency one months rent every three months. Another reason for not doing short term lets is because people generally expect things like crockery and bed linen to be provided so its an extra expense to keep these things up to scratch. I would suggest you try getting in touch with LL directly through Daft.
