Hi there!

I wasn't trying to advertise it I was just tryint to show the property so I could get advice on where to sell it

Here is the info again, it's a 5 bed flat within a block for students only properly with 5 ensuite bathrooms and kitchen/lounge. It is recently reburbished and I would like to sell it but a local agent it not having any joy, so does anybody have any suggestions?

It's worth 300K.
