where can I get a lease or contract for my tenant

Hi Folks
I am letting my apartment for the first time and I have no idea where I can get a contract to sign with the incoming tennant. are they freely available somewhere on the web. I would like it to be an Irish contract with the usuail terms that are fair to both.
