Whats next after you find your apt in AH.

So finally after months waiting on dub cit co to contact me and after hassling them for weeks they are coming out to show me the apartment I want.

Whats the next step after viewing providing i'm happy with what i see.

Do i get my solicitor involved now? What if i'm not happy with the clawback rate?

Any advice greatfully received.
