Aa a person who has never lived in an apartment and is now considering buying one can anyone advise on the pros and cons of first floor versus higher floors.
it seems in all the new schemes the higher you go the more expensive. I would have thought that very high floors ie sixth upwards would be less attractive in access terms.
What are the determining factors overall driving the pricing equation?
