Not sure if any help but the carlton will sell you a gift voucher for that amount which is really a swipecard in a lovely presentation folder/wallet type thing. the owner can then use this to pay for any bill they have within the carlton chain of hotels so could be accommodation, trip to spa, food, drinks etc.
I got one for christmas last year and spent it all on food over four trips to different hotels. I found it so good I actually have given some to people for pressies since.
Also they did give out a cookbook with a €100 card.
